As a new Beachbody coach, I want to help you look great for the holidays!! Join my T25 Challenge Group to get started. Here are the details!
What it is:
• T25 workout program for 10 weeks.
• Get personally coached by me via virtual training on our private Facebook page. It actually will be me, not someone else, posting and talking to you in the group page.
• Get healthier, leaner, fit in 25 minutes a day for 10 weeks with Me as your coach!
• Must be willing to commit to a Lifestyle Change not a quick fix!
• Must be dedicated to Clean Eating and an overall healthy lifestyle.
• Must adhere to the T25 workout calendar for the entire 10 weeks.
• Must be willing to participate in our private Facebook group for accountability, motivation and support from not only me but also others in the group as well.
• Must be willing to share your stories with the fellow group challengers and me.
• Must be ready to give it your 150%, go in and Get It Done!
• Positive energy!
• Support each other!
• Last but not least, get personally coached by Me ☺
• You need to have T25 to participate in the challenge group.

o If you do have it, GREAT! (If you don’t have a coach that you’re already working with, you can email Beachbody at email@example.com and just give them my Coach ID (294487) to let them know that I’ll be coaching you).
• At this time, existing Beachbody coaches are not eligible for this challenge however; I support all of my fellow Team Beachbody coaches for all that we do!
• If you are not already currently and actively working with a coach, you must be willing to become my customer so that I can properly coach you in your health and fitness journey.

How to Apply:
If you’re ready to be part of the T25-CFC Challenge, here’s what to do:
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. First and Last name
3. Marital status: Married, Single, Engaged, etc.
4. Do you have children? If so, how many and what are their age(s)?
5. Current weight and height.
6. Your GOALS-be very specific and list an END or TARGET date; this is the first step towards changing your lifestyle. (eg. lose 10 lbs. in 10 weeks, fit into my old jeans in 10 weeks, get a flat tummy in 10 weeks, get ripped and lean in 10 weeks.
7. Optional-feel free to send in any photos of yourself.
If you are selected, I will personally contact you to talk about next steps.
