WHAT’S REQUIRED TO JOIN?
1. You must purchase T25 (and Shakeology) through my coaching site to join my Challenge Group. I’m looking for people who have not previously purchased T25 and who have NEVER done the program before. I want true newbies who feel they need to make a change!!!
2. You must be committed to using Shakeology (a Beachbody meal replacement shake) for the 10weeks of T25. I didn’t require this in the past, but I’ve found that Challengers who committed to Shakeology had better results!!! I also use Shakeology now as a meal replacement and I think it is the main reason why I’m starting to see ab definition; abs are made in the kitchen!
3. You must submit either your (i) starting photo (in workout gear) or (ii) current height and weight. Knowing where you’re starting from is the only way that I can know how to be the best coach to you (it gives me a sense of how fit you are and what kind of coaching you personally need).
4. You must be willing to participate in a private Facebook group for accountability, motivation and support from not only me but also others in the group as well!
5. If you’re up to #1-4, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org by December 31st with the following:
- Use Email Subject: “2014 Challenge Group”
- First and Last name
- A photo of yourself OR your current weight & height
- Your goals (eg. lose certain number of lbs, gain muscle, etc.)

Every person who participates in my New Year’s Challenge Group has the opportunity to be featured on ChicFitChef.com upon completion of the program in 10 weeks (that means you could be one of the many fabulous Spotlight Thursday interviewees up on the blog)!
2. I’ve done T25…TWICE (once in person w/Shaun-T)!
I was in the T25 original test group (check me out in the infomercial!) and I’ve done the program on my own at home with my most recent Challenge Group, so I know this program inside and out. I know when the plateaus typically hit, what moves you need to watch out for and how to maximize results with each cycle.
3. I Have A Day Job…
…so I know how to set realistic expectations for my challengers. Many of my challengers are busy moms, students and people juggling their time- like me!! Since I know how hard it is to stay fit and keep up with a busy work schedule, I keep it real in terms of balancing your day to day with the T25 program!
4. I Believe in the Products
I really believe in T25 and Shakeology as products because they have worked for me!! I’m stronger, faster and healthier than I’ve ever been because I actually believe in and use the products that I coach. So you’ll be working with a coach who practices what she preaches!!
