Then join my InsaniT25 group!!

Every so often I like to do an impromptu group to get to know more of the CFC readership and have fun with you!! Well, I’ve been doing the InsaniT25 hybrid on my own and could use some company, so I’m starting an impromptu InsaniT25 group!!

The group will start May 19th and end June 13th. You can check out the hybrid workout calendar (above)and my review of the experience in this post.

THREE REQUIREMENTS: Participants MUST (1) subscribe to me as their Beachbody coach (this is FREE but required), (2) own (or be willing to buy through my coaching site) BOTH T25 and Insanity & (3) be serious because this is only a ONE MONTH program!!
