Insanity: Fit Test

EJ Day 1

Check out how EJ is doing with the hybrid!!


I was so nervous to start this fit test. So nervous that I forgot to take “before” pictures until after I was already finished with the workout so pardon the sweaty photos.


I started with a weigh in at 179.9 pounds and a goal of 175 pounds after four weeks.

Fit Test Results

1. Switchkicks – 100 (50 each leg)
2. Power Jack – 41
3. Power Knee – 111
4. Power Jumps – 36
5. Globe Jumps – 7
6. Suicide Jumps – 9
7. Pushup Jacks – 13
8. Plank – 41

This fit test was BRUTAL after the Power Jumps. I think seeing an increase in exercises 5 through 8 will be real progress because after doing those power jumps, I felt exhausted.
