T25: Alpha Ab Intervals
I was so excited to do a short workout today. I had a long night last night and there was no excuse to not press play. I mistakenly thought that the workout would be somewhat easy since it was Alpha level and I had forgotten what was involved. Boy was I wrong, this workout is extremely difficult and I felt the burn all day.
Favorite Move – Alternating Single Leg “V” Lift
Hardest Move – Wide In and Out Ab Pyramid
Current Struggle – All Plank Work
Dig Deep Tip – If my lower back or neck ever hurt, I would take a two second break, take a deep breath, reset the move and put all my energy in my core.
