Insanity: Cardio Power & Resistance
This morning, the warm up wasn’t as bad as it usually is. I woke up earlier than usual and had time to really wake up before working out. My muscles felt really tight from the previous workouts so anything involving jumping was difficult in the warm up but the stretch sequence eliminated all of the soreness.
Favorite Move – Power Jumps
Hardest Move – Anything after the power jumps… lol
Current Struggle – Endurance after really difficult moves
Dig Deep Tip – By focusing on the stretch and not necessarily using it as a break (which I used to do), my muscles felt great through out the workout and I was able to push a lot harder. I’ll never take the stretch for granted again.
