T25: Beta Rip’t Circuit & Stretch
I woke up late for work this morning and although I had two workouts to do, I postponed the stretch video to this weekend in order to get out of the house on time.
I love lifting weights so I was excited to finally use my dumbbells this week. After the workout, my energy levels were through the roof!
Favorite Move – Dual Heel Tap
Hardest Move – Air Plank and One Leg Burpee
Current Struggle – Tight Hip Flexors… So I really need to do that stretch video this weekend
Dig Deep Tip – If possible, have another set of lighter weights that you can decrease to if necessary instead of stopping altogether.
