Day 7 & 8!

Day 7 of the calendar was a rest day! Woo hoo!

In terms of Day 8 -T25 Beta Core Cardio- I feel really good going into this week because I already had a week behind me. I’m already feeling a bit stronger. I’ll be honest though, this DVD makes me move extra carefully because of all of the twisting moves that if done improperly could injure my knees or ankles.

Favorite Move – Full Body Run – By this point, it’s the last sixty seconds and I’m screaming at the top of my lungs and feeling like a rock star. A close second to this is the shuffle burpee… I love burpees.

Hardest Move – Diagonal Lift – I have wrist issues so I modify every other move for this one.

Current Struggle – Wrist pain during long planks

Dig Deep Tip – I pull out a full length mirror for this workout and ensure that my form is correct as I do each move.
