Insanity: Pure Cardio
This morning I woke up early to workout and I was so exhausted. In spite of being tired, I pressed play and worked out but I must admit, it took about 15 minutes to really workout. A telltale sign is that I crawled back into bed after my shower and went back to sleep. I think I’ll have to find time to do a double this month and push play on this one again.
Favorite Move – Suicide Jumps…. By this time I get my second wind and it was clearly other workouts leading up to this point that enabled me to power through these in my exhaustion. It was a nice feeling to be strong enough to complete these despite fatigue.
Hardest Move – Push-up jacks… It might be the timing on this one but since this is the last move, I’m exhausted.
